My Journey
I’ve been entrepreneurial since childhood—selling candy at school while dreaming of a life beyond the 9-to-5. Even with advanced degrees and stable jobs, life tested me. My husband and I raised our family in tough neighborhoods while I faced toxic workplaces and financial strain.

At my breaking point, I leapt into entrepreneurship with no roadmap—just a vision to reclaim my freedom. Through mindset work, strategy, and energy alignment, I grew my business from small wins to daily shipments, ultimately building our dream home from the success I created.

My Roots & Approach
Rooted in West African spirituality and Gullah traditions from the Carolinas—along with ancestral wisdom from the Congo, Benin, Togo, Senegal, and the Tuscarora Native American community—I infuse every product, session, and teaching with this heritage.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College and Master’s degrees in Criminal Justice (Georgia State Univeristy) and Transpersonal Psychology (Sofia University). Combined with over 30 years on a spiritual path, my approach addresses emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental well-being.
